STEP 2: YOUR 14-DAY QUICK COMB

Even the best treatment can't finish the job without follow-through — eggs are tiny and biology has a schedule. The good news: it's quick.

Daily Quick Comb (5–10 min/person):

  1. Dampen hair (never dry). Use conditioner at minimum. Best case: conditioner + enzyme foam.
  2. Comb the entire head using the Nit Free Terminator® comb.
  3. Wipe the comb on a white paper towel after each pass so you can actually see what's there.
Simple rule: Quick Comb daily for 14 days
Pro tip: set a phone reminder — "Quick Comb (10 minutes)"

STEP 3: WE'RE IN YOUR CORNER FOR 14 DAYS

We don't just treat and disappear. For 14 days after your appointment, we're here. If you find something during your daily combing, email us photos right away and we'll evaluate exactly what you're seeing and guide your next steps.

Here's the thing though — we can only help you if we hear from you. 💛

Think of it like a team huddle. If something comes up, we need to know about it right when it happens — not days later. When you email us with photos in real time, we can see exactly what's going on and guide you properly. If we haven't heard from you during the 14 days and you reach out on day 11, we genuinely want to help — but without photos, communication, and a combing history, there's just not enough for us to work with. We're a team, and teams communicate! 🙌
